Shipping Policy

All purchases are made to order. You will receive a confirmation email once an order has been placed. Please allow 1-3 days production time.

Please note that orders are dispatched on Wednesdays and Fridays. We use 1st Class Royal Mail which usually take 1-3 days to arrive from the date of dispatch.

Standard delivery fee to the UK: £1.95
Free standard delivery on all orders over £30

If you live outside the UK and wish to send a gift within England, Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland, please get in touch using the enquiry form.

Returns Policy

Returns & Refunds

We currently do not accept returns.

If a product arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us as soon as you can. To help us sort this issue, kindly attach a photograph and a description of the problem. Refunds or replacements are offered on a case by case basis.

Delays

During busy periods such as Easter, Christmas and New Year, there are often delays with couriers. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control and we recommend allowing additional time for delivery.
